Hayao Miyazaki's Manga Shuna's Journey Is Steeply Discounted for Prime Day

Legendary film director Hayao Miyazaki is best known for his award-winning animated films at Studio Ghibli, but he’s also a published author. For Prime Day, you can pick up his classic story Shuna’s Journey, a grand tale about a prince on a quest for a golden grain with the power to save his land. On sale for $15.60 (normally $28), this manga was first published all the way back in 1983, and it wasn’t until 2022 when it finally received an English translation.

A combination of Tibetan folklore, adventure, and elegant watercolor illustrations, this story has been translated by Alex Dudok de Wit, an animation consultant and associate editor at Cartoon Brew. Similar to Studio Ghibli films like Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away, Shuna’s Journey is set in a world inhabited by people,…

James Cameron Claps Back At People Who Criticize The Dialogue In His Movies

By any financial measure, James Cameron is the most successful director in the history of Hollywood Come from South African Online Casinos . Even Cameron’s follow-up, Avatar: The Way of Water, landed at No. 3 on the list of the highest grossing movies behind Avengers: Endgame. With that resume in mind, it’s easy to see why Cameron bristles at naysayers who don’t like the dialogue in his films.

“I don’t cringe on any of the dialogue, but I have a lower cringe factor than, apparently, a lot of people do around the dialogue that I write,” Cameron …

It’s been 17 years since The Simpsons last had a video game on consoles, but this year’s Treehouse of Horror is offering fans of the show a glimpse of the bloody fighting game they’ll never get to play. Animator Jorge Gutierrez–the writer and director of the 2014 animated film, The Book of Life–contributed an opening sequence that reimagines the famous animated family as the grotesque stars of Los Simpsons Fighter.

Gutierrez redesigned several of Springfield’s residents in his signature style, while depicting a Mortal Kombat-inspired Fatality for Marge and Lisa to perform on Snake. Bart had more mercy for his idol, Krusty the Clown, while Maggie’s fusion with Homer backfired against them during their battle with Mr. Burns and Smithers, who have finally been joined as one monstro…

In one such interview, conducted by Windows Central, the devs chipped in on the Xbox Series S, and how working on it convinced them that any game can reach the console’s memory limits.”At first, we thought bringing Stalker 2 to the Xbox Series S might be impossible. We have such a big game with so many mechanics, a huge amount of things. It felt like this must be impossible to do. But then we start optimizing, adding new features for streaming information.
